Une mission d’observation indépendante effectuée en République Centrafricaine fait partie des actions menées dans le pays dans le cadre du Plan d’action sur l’application des règlementations forestières, la gouvernance et les échanges commerciaux (FLEGT) de l’Union européenne (UE).
